No. The base is 316L stainless steel, which does not oxidize or leave marks on the skin — unlike the costume jewellery that has disappointed you before. For the gold to remain the same, put on your earrings after perfume and cream and store them dry.
Does it cause allergies?
316L steel does not release nickel, which is the most common cause of ear irritation. It is the alloy used in surgical material.
How do you put them on?
They are straight post, for pierced ears, with a clasp at the back. They go in from the front like a normal earring.
Won't they be too big for me?
